Raindrop Radio is a pretty straightforward radio app. It has no need to track usage metrics.
There is currently an optional registration process for the chat room. This service is offered via minnit chat and their privacy policy can be found here :-
Apple provides analytics for apps to their developers. This information is gathered by Apple and never made available to the developer other than as a count. It covers information like the number of people who are using your app, times opened this week, or total downloads of your app. You can OPT OUT of this by going to Settings > Privacy. There you will find a setting to stop your device sharing information with App Developers.
